Error description

• ORF can get ABENDSD37 when the database has external logical
  relationship and the unload data set is allocated as an
  extended-format data set.

  When the first data set of unload data set is full, a new
  data set is allocated and the rest of the data is written to
  that data set, but the process of determining if the data set
  is full was not be working properly for extended-format data
  set.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed so that the process of determining if the
  data set is full works properly when the database has external
  logical relationship and the unload data set is allocated as an
  extended-format data set.
