job fails with an S0C4-00000004.

*                 who use the GEN line command                 *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Running ADB2GEN on a user-defined       *
*                      function (UDF) fails with ABEND0C4      *
*                      when the GEN job contains SQLCMTS='Y'.  *
****************************************************************
When a user issues the GEN line command on a UDF and either
sets the "Include SQL comments" option to "YES" or has
SQLCMTS='Y' in the GEN parameters of the JCL, the job fails
with an S0C4 in module ADB2REH.  This failure might be
intermittent due to environmental conditions.
