  *                      event based subscription.               *

  1- The IFI_FILTER_PARTS parameter needs to be added to SQL
  Capture as a command line parameter and in the IBMSNAP_CAPPARMS
  table, to support IFI filtering by tablespace and partition
  range.
  2- Q Capture should display the data being converted when an
  ICU error occurs. Also, ASN0606I should be written to the
  stdout, regardless of the setting of capture parameter LOGSTDOUT
  3- Q Capture ABEND0C4 during initialization
  4- The SQL statement issued by SQL Apply to fetch the
  synchpoint failed with SQLCODE -104 due to extra closing
  bracket.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- The IFI_FILTER_PARTS parameter is added to SQL Capture. The
  default is Y for V13, and N for V12.
  2- Q Capture is changed to issue a diagnostic message with the
  data being converted when an ICU error occurs. Also fixed the
  destination problem for ASN0606I message.
  3- During Q Capture initialization, if the version table does
  not mach the system catalog and CAPSTART_REORGCHECK=N and Db2
  supports converting the log records, Q Capture will activate
  the subscription. Otherwise the subscription will be failed.
  4- Apply is changed to remove the extra closing bracket that
  causes the error
