Error description

• With the new java 8.0.8 a new permission is needed when java 2
  security is enabled and will be provided in the JDK's policy fil

Problem conclusion

• New profiles are changed to use the JDK's java.policy file.  The
  server.policy file is updated to handle servers that are updated
