Error description
Message: !MESSAGE Error occurred while request cross data (HTTP response code: 400); please check log files for details! may be displayed continually once per second after Analyze Client startup.
Local fix
If using Cross Applications functionality, on the Application Discovery server, the startup type for the IBM Application Discovery Cross Applications Service may be set to a startup type of Automatic (Delayed Start). If not using Cross Applications functionality, on the Application Discovery Server, the IBM Application Discovery Cross Applications Service may be set to a startup type of Disabled to prevent this error.
Problem summary
On Analyze Client, the following error is continuously showing in the error log: "Error occurred while request cross data (HTTP response code: 400)!" because when the Application Discovery server's services are starting, if Cross Applications Service starts before Configuration Service, then the connection to the Cross database is not established, causing requests to Cross Service to fail, thus Analyze Client logs these errors.
Problem conclusion
Code changed so that Cross Applications Service startup procedure listens to the state of Configuration Service and only starts once Configuration Service is up and running.
Temporary fix
