  RUN PROGRAM between apostrophes/single quotes as in the example:
  "RUN PROGRAM('SAMPLE') PLAN('SAMPLE')"

Problem conclusion

• Fixed by ignoring the quotes during build time, thus Batch
  Server looks for the right program name (without the single
