PH52659: CA_BASE_PRESERVE.TXT DOES NOT INCLUDE ALL TM1 FILES DUE TO WHICHAFTER UPGRADE THERE IS HTTP-404 ERROR MESSAGE IN TM1WEB

Error description

• Case Number: TS012036331,
  TS011959122: This is PA case where same issue was raised. but it
  got trasnferred to CA suggesting .ca_base_preserve.txt should
  take care of the issue and hence Its a CA issue.
  
  Filed Against I have taken as "Administration" as I do not see
  Cognos upgrade as option.
  
  
  CA version.: Should be applicable to all version after upgrade.
  
  Customer upgraded from CA 11.2.1 to CA 11.2.4 and after upgrade
  they started getting tm1web failure with below error message:

  After investigation, we came to know that few TM1 files are not
  preserved after upgrade.
  Once 3 files are copied to correct location, issue is resolved:
  
  webcontent/bi/planning.html
  webcontent/bi/pmhub.html
  webcontent/bi/tm1/web/tm1web.html
  
  
  Here are the default TM1 files currently are preserved as per
  .ca_base_preserve.txt:
  
  #TM1 files
  templates/ps/portal/variables_TM1.xml
  templates/ps/portal/variables_plan.xml
  templates/ps/portal/icon_active_application.gif
  webcontent/planning.html
  webcontent/pmhub.html
  webcontent/tm1/web/tm1web.html
  templates/ps/system.xml
  templates/ps/portal/system.xml
  
  
  But It should include highlighted files also to make sure there
  is error after upgrade on tm1web:
