DESCRIPTION:  When a DET command is issued on a V13-bound
package, the details show a 'R' char instead of V13 for the
bound version

* USERS AFFECTED: Users of Db2 Administration Tool 13.1        *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In panel ADB21K, issuing line command   *
*                      DET shows R for Version under which     *
*                      package bound. The version should be    *
*                      V13.                                    *
****************************************************************
DET line command on panel ADB21K translates RELBOUND
column values for SYSPACKAGE to the corresponding
version for all versions except V13. It shows 'R'.

Problem conclusion
