  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When Object Compare adds new partitions *
  *                      to the table in a partition-by-range    *
  *                      (PBR) table space, the generated work   *
  *                      statement list (WSL) might not have     *
  *                      optimal apply statements if the new     *
  *                      partition is added between existing     *
  *                      logical partitions.                     *
  *                      When Object Compare adds new partition  *
  *                      between existing logical partitions,    *
  *                      partition-level attributes might be     *
  *                      applied from the wrong logical          *
  *                      partition.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR improves Object Compare processing of partitions in a
  PBR table space and reduces the number of generated ALTER TABLE
  and REORG statements when new partitions are added.
