  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Db2 restrictions related to random      *
  *                      ordering of index columns (the RANDOM   *
  *                      option in a CREATE or ALTER INDEX       *
  *                      statement) needs to be validated.       *
  ****************************************************************
  When you create an index or alter an index (by using the ALT
  command) and specify RA (for random order of the index column)
  on panel ADB21XAR, Db2 restrictions for the RANDOM option are
  not validated. This lack of validation can result in an
  incorrect Db2 statement and SQL code -628 or -270.
  This APAR adds a fix to validate the Db2 restrictions in this
  situation. If a violation is found, error message ADB722E
  identifies the error so that you can correct it:
  ADB722E <Option 1> is not allowed with <Option 2>.
