PH52400: ORF CAN GET INCORRECT DATA SET INFORMATION WHEN THE PRIMARY DBDS RESIDES IN EAS ON AN EAV

Error description

• ORF can get incorrect data set information when the primary
  DBDS resides in EAS (extended address space) on an EAV
  (extended address volume).
  
  This may cause the following errors:
  - When SHADOW(R) is specified, ORF resizes the DBDS with the
    incorrect size.
  - ORF fails during primary index rebuild in copy phase.
