APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a TCPIPSERVICE is defined with SSL(CLIENTAUTH) then no
  statistics are captured for it relating to TLS protocol levels
  or ciphers selected.
  
  Statistics are correctly captured for TCPIPSERVICES with
  SSL(YES) or SSL(ATTLSAWARE) and also for outbound requests.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSOSO has been changed to capture the number of handshakes
  when a TCPIPSERVICE is defined with SSL(CLIENTAUTH).
