* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR provides enhancements in the  *
*                      ALT(alter) process flow to view, add,   *
*                      or drop foreign keys and check          *
*                      constraints.                            *
****************************************************************
This APAR provides the following improvements:
- Panel ADBP7CN 'Constraints' lists foreign keys and check
  constraints, in addition to primary and unique keys.
- The ADD primary command on panel ADBP7CN is replaced with ADDU
  (add unique or primary) to distinguish it from other
  constraints.
- The new field ENFORCED is added on panel ADB21TAF 'Alter
  Foreign Key Constraint'.
- The new primary command ADDC is added on panel ADBP7CN to
  allow adding check constraints.
- The new line command 'D' (drop) is added on panel ADBP7CN to
  allow dropping foreign key and check constraints.
