PH52062: ENHANCEMENT FOR SCHEDULING THE EXECUTION OF ONLY RECOVERY SENSOR

Error description

• Prior to this enhancement, the Autonomics Director required both
  the DB Sensor and the Recovery Sensor to schedule the execution
  of a Recovery Sensor job by the Autonomics Director scheduler.
  In this enhancement, the Autonomics Director supports scheduling
  the execution of only Recovery Sensor.

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR and      *
  *                 restart the Autonomics Director server.      *
  ****************************************************************
  This enhancement enables automatic collection and evaluation of
  only Recovery Sensor data for the Autonomics Director.
  
  The Autonomics Director provides a new REORG parameter. If user
  specifies REORG=DISABLE, DB Sensor data collection and
  evaluation will not be performed automatically.
  
  This enhancement enables IMS Tools setup to support REORG and
  RECOVERY parameters for the Autonomics Director.
