Error description

• The resource overrides schema incorrectly flags use of the "is",
  "not", "literal" and "literalNot" operators on enum and integer
  type attributes as invalid.

  *                      operators on enum and integer type      *
  *                      attributes as invalid.                  *

  The resource overrides schema is used to validate a resource
  overrides YAML file in an IDE.  The "is", "not", "literal" and
  "liternalNot" operators are used when defining enum and integer
  types.  These are incorrectly flagged as errors.
  

Problem conclusion

• The resourceoverrides-1.100.1.json schema has been replaced with
  an updated schema, resourceoverrides-1.100.2.json, which
  resolves the validation problems.
