PH51658: CHANGE DFHEISUP TO BE RMODE(ANY) IN PRE CICS TS 6.1 VERSIONS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DFHEISUP as supplied in the CICS TS 5.x versions is AMODE31,
  RMODE24 and SDFHLOAD shows DFHEISUP is 7MB plus in size.
  
  This often leads to insufficient storage errors below
  the line with msgs like:
    IEW4000I FETCH FOR MODULE DFHEISUP FROM DDNAME STEPLIB
          FAILED BECAUSE INSUFFICIENT STORAGE WAS AVAILABLE.
    CSV031I LIBRARY ACCESS FAILED FOR MODULE DFHEISUP, RETURN
          CODE 14, REASON CODE 26110021, DDNAME STEPLIB
    CSV028I ABEND106-14  JOBNAME=XXXXXXXX  STEPNAME=DFHSCAN
  
  There is relief for this problem at the CICS TS 6.1 level,
  when the DFHEISUP was changed to be RMODE(ANY) with CICS TS 6.1.
  
  This apar is to backport that change making DFHEISUP RMODE(ANY)
  in version CICS TS 5.5 and above.
