• Reproduction:
  In Sean environment in Cognos 11.2.2 under
  http://cognosenv.fyre.ibm.com:9700/bi/  steps:
  
  1. Create subscription
  2. Go to Personal Menu "My schedules and subscription"
  3. Go to 3 dots and click on Run once.
  4. It does not do anything. Other options are available.
  5. It is working fine for schedules, but for subscriptions does
  not.
  

Local fix

• Option Run once for subscriptions for 11.2.2 is available via
  Manage and Administration console.
