PH51314: SYSTABLESPACE IGNORE FOR TRACKMOD SHOULD EXTEND TO SYSTABLEPART TO AVOID COMPARING TRACKMOD FOR IMPLICIT LOB TABLESPACES

Error description

• When running compare with SYSTABLESPACE, TRACKMOD ignored the
  lack of SYSTABLEPART ignore for TRACKMOD. This results in
  implicit LOB tablespaces being compared. The SYSTABLESPACE
  TRACKMOD ignore should be extended to prevent the implicit LOB
  tablespace from being compared.
  
  The generated ADMIN ALTER fails with SQLCODE - 109 due to a Db2
  restriction for altering TRACKMOD for implicit LOB Tablespaces.

  When a user runs compare with SYSTABLESPACE TRACKMOD ignored,
  and the SYSTABLEPART TRACKMOD is not also ignored, implicit LOB
  table spaces are still compared.
  To fix this, the TRACKMOD ignore for SYSTABLESPACE has been
  expanded to also include SYSTABLEPART so any implicit LOB
  table spaces also get included in the ignore.
