PH51084: ERROR WHEN TRYING TO RUN REPORT VIA SHORTCUT DISPLAYED IN SEARCHRESULT

Error description

• Cognos CA version: 11.2.3
  
  Problem Description:
  When using the search engine to find content and the search
  result contains shortcuts, it is not possible to run the report
  by clicking the shortcut. Error message is attached in the
  screenshot. If I locate and click the same shortcut through the
  folder structure it works.
  
  Repro Steps:
  1. Create a Sample Report 'Test'
  2. Create a shortcut for 'Test' Report
  3. Search the 'Shortcut' word from the portal home page search
  tab.
       It will display the all report which has 'Shortcut' in name
  field. Once you Click any which is Shortcut for any report, it
  will display an error message
  You don't have access to this asset. It might have been disabled
  or deleted, or your permissions might have been reduced.
  
  4. If you go directly in report list from My Content or Team
  content and click the Shortcut report it works fine.
  
  Same is true for Dashboard also
  
  Issue is not reproducible in 11.2.1 version.
