Major enhancements
1. Support for remote application and user statistics (IFCID 411
   and 412) in Enhanced 3270 User Interface and Batch RECTRACE
   reports.
2. Support for Data set extent event exceptions in Enhanced
   3270 UI.
3. Support Class 2 not-accounted and total Class 3 counters in
   ACCOUNTING PDB and CSV.
4. RECTRACE FIELD support for variable length fields.
5. Add new optional record types to Batch ACCOUNTING FILE/SAVE
   CONVERT processing that contains Totals for Bufferpool and
   Group Buffer pool data.
6. Add details for data sharing global locking (DSNDQTGA) in
   Enhanced 3270 Thread History.

Other enhancements and fixes:
1. Columns CLASS1_CPU_TOTAL, CLASS1_SU_CPU, CLASS2_CPU_TOTAL,
   CLASS2_SU_CPU have been added to Batch Accounting SAVE and
   PDB/CSV.
2. Add new IFCID 389 fields QW0389FF and QW0389IT to RECTRACE
   reports.
3. Add new IFCID 376 incompatible function code C_QW0376_RCTC
   (1315031) to RECTRACE reports.
4. Add new Db2 ZPARMs to Enhanced E3270UI and Classic interface.
5. The following Db2 ZPARMS are missing in Batch SYSPARMs and
   RECTRACE reports: QWP4MXUDF, QWP4LSSIC, QWP4INLGT32K,
   QWP4QAEASR.
6. The IFCID 1 fields QDSTDBPQ and QDSTMDPQ that track DBAT
   suspend statistics are added to the Enhanced 3270 UI.
7. Improve Near Term History AMODE switching for SEQ option
   processing.
8. New TEP query for Db2 Messages workspace.
9. Elapsed time and TCB time in Batch RECTRACE report is not
   displayed for rollup records.
