PH50895: MQ Z/OS CSQIRTAG BEING CALLED WITH A NULL RURE ADDRESS

Error description

• The scenario addressed in PH49378 which led to CSQIRTAG being
  called with a null RURE address is possible in other scenarios.
  0C4-11 abend will occur as below.

  An S0C4-11 abend is seen during an MQDISC call in an application
  address space that is connected into the Queue Manager as part
  of implicit commit processing.
  
  The module CSQIRTAG is incorrectly called as part of this
  processing and when called in this way can cause the S0C4 abend
  due to not having the expected valid RURE pointer value.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been corrected so that CSQIRTAG is no longer
  incorrectly called as part of implicit commit processing from an
  MQDISC api call made by an address space that is connected into
  the Queue Manager.
