    SUMMARY
    
    Incorrect value on a Column chart visualization in a Dashboard
    when the percentage of color option is selected.
    
    ENVIRONMENT
    
    CA 11.2.3. Tested in CA 11.2.1 and 11.2.2 and it works as
    expected there.
    
    EXPECTED RESULT
    
    - Selecting the Percentage by color option under Properties ->
    Axis -> Data Value Labels -> Value Label Format should display
    the correct percentage value on the column chart
    
    ACTUAL RESULT
    
    - Value appears as all 100% on the visualization when the
    Percentage by color option is set.
    
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    
    - Create a new Dashboard using the Go Sales (Query) package
    - Select a Column Visualization
    - Insert in the Fields;
    
    Bars -> Product line
    Length -> Quantity
    Color -> Product line
    
    - Create a duplicate of the dashboard
    - In the first visualization, toggle on the "Show value labels"
    button under  Properties -> Axis -> Data Value Labels . This
    should show the values on columns
    - In the second visualization, toggle on the "Show value labels"
    button button under  Properties -> Axis -> Data Value Labels and
    then set  Value Label Format to "Percentage by color"
    
    You should observe at this point that the percentage values all
    display as 100%
    
    Client has stated this is a big priority for them as it is
    impacting a lot of their critical dashboards.
