APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• CAE Server shutting down when accessing another user's key ring
  

Local fix

• If the customer adds the the following to the STDENV DD of the
  SAMPLIB member CQMCAESV:
  TLS_PROTOCOL_ENABLED=FALSE
  This will stop the CAE Server from shutting down, but AT-TLS
  will be disabled. RC4 will be the only protocol used for
  communication with CAE Agents.

  1. The CAE Server STC was failing attempting to access a keyring
  it didn't own
  2. Contrast inadequate on some labels
  3. Administrator was required to manually stop the CQM Windows
  Service during CQMCAEAL
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Changed the access methodology
  2. Contrast fixed
  3. Enabled the base installer to automatically stop the CQM
  Windows Service
