Error description

• For properties that are being removed from RAR's ra.xml file, a
  warning message is being added to provide details on why it's
  being removed.
  
  In some cases ra.xml files have been changed, without the
  properties being removed from the configuration.   This was
  fixed by PH34972 for the properties to be removed, but with the
  missed removal, it may not be easy to determine why the
  properties are now being removed, when they should have been
  removed when the initial ra.xml file was changed in the RAR.

  A resource adapter property of userProperty may not match
  with a implementation of property UserPorperty resulting in
  its removal from WebSphere configuration for the resource
  adapter.   The case of the first charater normally has been
  ignored, but some code was added to match instead of ignoring
  differences in case.
  

Problem conclusion

• Ignore case for the first charater has been added back which
  will prevent the removal of resource adapter properies with
  the only difference being the case of the first charater.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.24 and 9.0.5.15. For more information, see 'Recommended
