PH50758: NO PARTITION INFORMATION IN DDL VIA GEN FOR INDEX WITH BUSINESS TIME WITHOUT OVERLAPS SPECIFIED

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Partition changes are not specified in DDL from GEN for indexes
  where BUSINESS_TIME WITHOUT OVERLAPS is specified. Partition
  information for DSSIZE, PCTFREE and FREEPAGE should be specified
   as an ALTER since CREATE does not allow partition level
  information for INDEX with BUSINESS_TIME WITHOUT OVERLAPS

  *                      resulting DDL does not contain those    *
  *                      values.                                 *

  If the DSSIZE, PCTFREE or FREEPAGE values are altered for an
  index partition by using the ALTER INDEX ALTER PARTITION
  statement and generating DDL for unique indexes
  with BUSINESS_TIME WITHOUT OVERLAPS,
  the resulting DDL has only a CREATE INDEX statement,
  which cannot contain partition-level attributes.
  This APAR adds an ALTER INDEX ALTER PARTITION statement with
  the partition-level attributes to the resulting DDL.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
