Error description

  • DESCRIPTION:  In panel ADB21RS, when the user types in the
primary command "CAPS OFF" and uses line command STA/STO, "CAPS
OFF" functionality is lost when the user exits out of the panel.
This only happens after the STA/STO command, other line commands
are functional. This APAR will correct this, and in addition,
there will be improvements to the REST services panel, which
include changing some fields to be optional when
creating/binding a REST service, updating the panel more
frequently so the user can visualize the bind statement, and
cleaning up code.

When line command STA or STO is executed on a REST service
on panel ADB21RS after activating CAPS OFF from the command
line, CAPS OFF loses functionality.
