Error description
Visual Studio Redistributable Runtime 32-bit used to be checked as a prerequisite for installing IHS v85. Starting at Fixpack 24 we will install it on behalf as the user as a prerequisite.

Problem conclusion
The installer was updated silently install 32-bit Visual Studio 2013 redistributable runtime. Note: This parallels the existing 9.0 behavior.
