Error description

• The customer have background effects applied to lists and block
  objects in a report. They would subsequently run this report as
  a report view by using Run As, choosing the delivery method as
  Save As Report View.
  The background effects will be missing in this report view.
  The issue does not show if they use the Create Report View
  option.
