Error description
Not everyone uses the default templates when creating an OIDC namespace. The default templates uses 'email' as the unique identifier. If one decides to use a generic template and use another claim (e.g. 'upn'), then the 'email' header within the CSV user import will fail. Unfortunately, no errors are displayed to the users however here is what's recorded in the cognosserver.log: [cognosserver.log] - CAMID property value is null. Cannot create Account objectv1/users is in error: 500 - CM-REQ-4049 An error occurred while accessing a security system. - /v1/users account-service 3871 Request URL: /account-service/v1/users Response status: 500 Details: {"errors":[{"code":"","level":"error","message":"ADMIN-GEN-0001 Internal error"},{"severity":"error","code":"cmNameSpaceQueryErr","level" :"error","messages":["CM-REQ-4049 An error occurred while accessing a security system.","Exception occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException"],"errorCode":"cmNameSpaceQueryEr r","message":"CM-REQ-4049 An error occurred while accessing a security system."
