Error description
When a burst report which returns no data is set up on a schedule or ran in background with the option to send out an email; even if there's no to/cc/bcc fields inputted, the owner of the schedule will get an error email indicating the send failed. If a To: field is specified at the time of schedule creation or run in background setup then an email with no report output it sent out.
