  When a receive certificate from CA response file does not have

  part of the certificate chain in it, the command fils with a
  NullPointerException while looking for the missing part.  T
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix the code to not expect all parts of the chain to be present
  the response file.  And to look in the keystore to see if the
  signers may be there already.
