PH49853: REORG OF LOGICALLY-RELATED DATABASES GETS ABENDS0C4 WHEN THE NUMBER OF TEMPORARY UNLOAD FILES GETS LARGE

Error description

• Online reorganization of logically-related databases gets
  ABENDS0C4 when the number of temporary unload files exceeds 131.
  The workaround is to increase the value of the UNLSPAC base
  configuration parameter, which increases the size of each
  temporary unload file.
  

Local fix

• The workaround is to increase the value of UNLSPAC base
  configuration parameter, which increases the size of each
  temporary unload file. Try UNLSPAC=800 initially.

  When the database has external logical relationship, data space
  is used to pass data to SAS. ORF creates multiple data spaces.
  When the number of temporary unload files exceeds 131,
  the pointer that points to next data space is broken.
  This causes the ABENDS0C4.
  
  New keywords, UNLSPAC and UNLUNIT have been added to allow
  specifying allocation value for temporary unload data set
  per job.
  
  In addition, the following problem has been fixed in this
  APAR:
  - If the database has external logical relationship and
    "Dataset in use" is occurred for a shadow DBDS in Post
    Reorg phase or Image copy phase, ORF retries allocating the
    shadow DBDS to prevent the ORF job from immediately
    terminating with an error.

• Code has been changed so that ORF processes correctly if the
  database has external logical relationship and the number of
  temporary unload files exceeds 131.
