Error description

  • Issue affecting Active Report which is larger than 12 MB in size
    (when saved as mht file),
    
    Active reports which are smaller in size when saved as mht file
    not affected by this issue
    
    Issue is replicated when opening saved Active Report XHTML
    version from Cognos portal, from report -> View versions -> and
    clicking on "XHTML".
    
    Issue is only occurring in Chrome and Edge web browsers.
    
    Same report opens in FireFox web browser.
