  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Change Management supports the ADMIN    *
  *                      ALTER TABLE INSERT <column> BEFORE      *
  *                      <col-name> statement, which allows      *
  *                      inserting a new column in the selected  *
  *                      position. But specifying the position   *
  *                      using the name of the column that will  *
  *                      follow the new column is not always     *
  *                      convenient.                             *

  This APAR adds Change Management support for the ADMIN ALTER
  TABLE INSERT <column> AFTER <col-name> statement. This
  statement allows specifying the position for the new column
  using the name of the column that will precede the new column.
