visualization converted to a KPI visualization with details for
conditional formatting Numeric Scale and Rules Numeric are
reverted to Percentage Scale with prior Rule details lost.

Local fix

  • Manually, update the Dashboard specification JSON details to
change the scale and rules syntax details.
