Error description

• The compiler option CONDCOMP(SKIPSOURCE) is provided to exclude
  lines of code in false conditional compilation branches from the
  source listing. CONDCOMP(NOSKIPSOURCE) is the default, which
  continues the prior behavior of showing excluded lines as
  comments.

  The design of conditional compilation had false branches of code
  visible as commented out in the listing by default. No option
  was given to omit these compiled out lines from the listing.

  CONDCOMP(SKIPSOURCE|NOSKIPSOURCE) option. This option allows
  users to control the inclusion/omission of compiled out lines of
  code in the listing.
