APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Intelligent management webserver plugin may not be able to
  route requests to the restarted collective member server.
  As a result, the intelligent management webserver plugin will
  attempt to route all client requests to other collective member
  servers.
  

Local fix

• Restart the member sever again.

  Servers using Intelligent Management intermittently fail to
  publish application endpoints. The member servers in a Liberty
  collective publish all applications running on that server to
  the collective controller. A runtime code race condition can
  occur where an application endpoint does not get published, and
  therefore cannot be routed to.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
