  This APAR provides the following enhancements to address these
  issues:
  
  1. The ALT INDEX process is changed to generate ALTER and
  ADMIN ALTER statements instead of ADMIN DROP and CREATE
  INDEX statements.
  In some cases, the objects cannot be altered by using ADMIN
  ALTER or ALTER INDEX, Therefore, they will continue to be
  processed by using ADMIN DROP and CREATE INDEX statements. Such
  cases include:
  
    - If the PARTITIONED value was changed
    - If the expression, length or type were changed for an
      EXPRESSION or XMLEXPRESSION index
    - If a column of the index was moved or removed
    - If a column was added to a partitioned index with
      index-based partitioning
    - If a BUSINESS_TIME column was added
  
  2. Values that were set on the following panels are saved during
  the ALT INDEX process:
  
    'Redefine Index' (ADB21XAR),
    'Redefine Index - Space' (ADB21XAS),
    'Create Index XML Pattern' (ADB21XAX)
    'Redefine Index - Limitkeys' (ADB21XAV)
  
  These values are displayed correctly after applying line command
  'A' (Alter object) on the 'Alter Objects' panel (ADB27CA).
