  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: New function.                           *
  ****************************************************************
  The new release of z/OS Management Services Catalog is designed
  to provide numerous improvements to the user experience flow
  to help z/OS system programmers more efficiently and
  effectively create and manage z/OS management services.
  Some highlights include:
  
   - Service creation enhancements:
    > System programmers can select multiple inputs to
      drag-and-drop the inputs to different pages or relocate them
      on the same page.
    > Preview the submission experience of an unpublished service
      without having to test run. This provides the ability to see
      how the service looks when it is run by users after it has
      been published. Previewing an unpublished service supports
      checking input value validations without having to test run
      the service.
    > System programmers can use the standard z/OSMF file
      selection widget to select the workflow definition and
      properties files to use when creating a new service.
    > Workflow definitions containing steps that call a
      subordinate workflow (called workflow steps) can now be used
      to create services.
      *** Subordinate workflows that have run-as-user steps are
      *** NOT currently supported.
    > When viewing or editing a service from Administration, the
      input page header has been enhanced to clarify the status of
      the service and differentiate the page information from the
      inputs contained in the page.
  
   - Service management enhancements:
     > System programmers can now select one or more service from
       Administration and export them to the file system directory
       of their choice.
     > System programmers can now import one or more exported
       services from a file system directory.
     > System programmers can use the standard z/OSMF file
       selection widget to select the file system directory for
       import/export actions.
     > System programmers can now change the category of a
       published service from Administration.
  
   - New sample services: z/OS Management Services Catalog
     provides two new sample services to help system programmers
     get started with creating and running services, and
     demonstrate best practices.
        > List attributes of a RACF user ID
        > Rename a zFS file system
  
   - Additional fixes:
     > Assign the correct owner to files created when saving a
       copy of the original workflow files of a service.
