  The usage metering feature in IBM WebSphere Application Server

  not designed to send registration and usage metrics for the
  deployment manager, so the deployment manager is not represented
  in IBM WebSphere Automation.
  

Problem conclusion

• The usage metering feature of IBM WebSphere Application Server h
  been updated to send registration and usage metrics for the
  deployment manager to IBM WebSphere Automation.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix packs
