  1. Warning messages issued IBM z/OS by Change Tracker when
     editing a locked data set do not appear if the default TSO
     option NOWTPMSG is set.
  2. The Display report panel and Submit job automatically options
     on the ISPF Options panel are not saved when Enter is pressed
     to exit.
  3. The IVP command loops issuing CYG703E VSAM I/O messages if it
     is run by a user without Administrator authority.
  4. The Check Out, Backup Members and SuperC Member Compare ISPF
     panel sequences do not have a member selection panel.
     Required member names must be typed in.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Warning messages issued by IBM z/OS Change Tracker when
     editing are no longer issued using a WTO operation and so are
     not affected by the NOWTPMSG TSO option.
  2. The Display report panel and Submit job automatically options
     on the ISPF Options panel are now saved when Enter is pressed
     to exit.
  3. The IVP command now issues message
     CYG262E User is not an Administrator. Verification could not
     be completed.
     if the running user does not have Administrator authority.
  4. A member selection panel has been added to the Check Out,
     Backup Members and SuperC Member Compare ISPF panel
     sequences.
