APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Various members in SIGYSAMP incorrectly have "Release 3" or
  "V6R3" in the comments/JCL.  This will be corrected to reflect
  "Release 4" and "V6R4".
  
  The following SIGYSAMP members will have comments changed from
  "Release 3" to "Release 4":

Problem conclusion

• The Enterprise COBOL 6.4 compiler sample files in the SIGYPROC
  and SIGYSAMP data sets were updated to reflect the correct
  release.
