  *                      STRING".                                *
  ****************************************************************
  1- correct the update to LOBXML counters in CAPQMON table
  2- The index for a Q Capture parameter is incorrect and
  therefore Q Capture failed.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- update the LOBXML counters in CAPQMON correctly/
  2- Corrected the index for Q Capture parameter ACTIVATE back to
  44 because this value is shared with Q Apply.
  ASNCLP was not updated.
