Error description

• DDL command on a stored procedure results in "Missing semi-colon
  after sql_variable_declaration" and "ADB2PA: The following
  statement could not be parsed."
  
  This occurs when the stored procedure has a non-built-in data
  type DECLARE with DEFAULT.

  SQL parsing is updated to support DEFAULT and CONSTANT when used
  in the DECLARE statement for user-defined data types.
