Configuration Instructions:

Fix enabled by default.  To disable fix set RSVP advanced
setting RSVP.RENDER.ROUNDING.INCORRECTISZEROOVERRIDE to false.
Also set desired rounding mode via
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-set-server-rounding-rules-
data-formatting to resolve the issue.
