Error description

• ITX map is treating an optional xml element differently based
  on the format of the tag. Empty tag vs a short cut tag. Elements
  such as <xxx/> fails
  
  While the complete empty tag <xxx></xxx> succeeds

  IBM Transformation Extender users using native XML schema with
  empty tags in anytype groups
  
  Problem Description:
  ITX XML parse is failing on XML shortcut tags that are optional
  in the schema

Problem conclusion

• Prevent native XML parse failure when we get a empty XML tag
  "<example/>" in a anytype group. Error message indicates missing
   end tag "example".
  
  Applies to:
  10.1.0.2, 10.1.1.1
  
  Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
