APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The IBM Transformation Extender 10.1.1.0 and 10.1.1.1
  installation routine fails when executed on a Windows PC with a
  French locale defined.
  
  This is due to a 'bad' log filename being generated, based on
  the date/time, which contains a comma on French locale machines.

  Circumvention: The locale can be changed for the installation
  or the decimal number separator only if required

  The unzipDesignServer.bat script fails on French locale machines
  and Design Server installation fails
