Error description

  • When building COBOL projects, the syntax error below is shown:
Syntax error: 'SELECT'

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • The AD Cobol compiler would not recognize the SQL SELECT FROM
TABLE (SELECT ...) syntax.

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed by adding support for this particular SQL syntax in the AD
 Cobol compiler.
