  Previously, constained delegation with SPNEGO web
  authentication was not supported by the WebSphere Application
  Server.
  

Problem conclusion

• Contrained Delegation for SPNEGO web authentication on
  WebSphere Application Server was implemented in this fix.
  Constrained delegation is disabled by default, and can be
  enabled by setting the property
  "com.ibm.websphere.security.krb.s4U2proxyEnabled" to true. The
  fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
  8.5.5.22 and 9.0.5.13. For more information, see 'Recommended
