Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The MOVETB line command generates an    *
  *                      incorrect UTLREC data set name for the  *
  *                      REORG utility.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  When TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX is in effect, the UTLREC data set
  name is missing the high level qualifier (HLQ). This data set
  name is incorrect.
  
  This problem is corrected. If TSO PROFILE NOPREFIX is in
  effect, the logon TSO ID is used for the HLQ for the UTLREC
  data set name.
